Authorized Buyer First Name: Enter the first name of the authorized buyer or purchaser.
Authorized Buyer Last Name: Enter the last name of the authorized buyer or purchaser.
Email Address: Enter a valid email address for account communication.
Confirm Email Address: Re-enter the email address to confirm accuracy.
Buyer Office Number: Provide the office phone number of the authorized buyer.
Buyer Cellphone Number: Optional. Enter the cellphone number of the authorized buyer, if applicable.
Create Password: Choose a secure password for your account.
Confirm Password: Re-enter the password to confirm accuracy.

Step 2: Billing Information

Provide your billing information:

Address Line 1: Enter the street address for billing purposes.
Address Line 2: Optional. Additional address information, such as suite or apartment number.
Suite, Apt, etc.: Optional. Further specify your address if applicable.
City: Enter the city for billing purposes.
State: Select the state or region for billing purposes.
Country: Select the country for billing purposes.
Zip / Postal Code: Enter the postal code for billing purposes.
Office Phone Number: Provide the office phone number for billing purposes.

Provide your warehouse information:

Warehouse Nickname: Provide a nickname for your warehouse for easy identification.
First Name: Enter the first name of the warehouse contact person.
Last Name: Enter the last name of the warehouse contact person.
Address Line 1: Enter the street address of the warehouse.
Address Line 2: Optional. Additional address information for the warehouse.
Warehouse City: Enter the city where the warehouse is located.
Warehouse State: Select the state or region where the warehouse is located.
Warehouse Zip: Enter the postal code of the warehouse location.
Warehouse Phone: Provide the phone number for the warehouse.
Warehouse Contact Name: Enter the name of the contact person at the warehouse.
Warehouse Contact Email: Enter the email address of the contact person at the warehouse.
Warehouse Working Hours: Specify the working hours of the warehouse.
Is this a residential address?: Indicate whether the warehouse address is a residential or commercial location.
Does your location require a liftgate?: Specify if a liftgate is required for deliveries.
Do you require appointments for delivery or pick up?: Specify if appointments are required for delivery or pick up.

After completing all the steps, review your information carefully. Once submitted, you will not be able to change the information. If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer service.

Company Authorization

Tax Exempt Form

If you plan on shipping products to a location within the state of California, please note that a valid resale certificate form must be provided prior to placing an order. You can email our customer service department for further assistance regarding this requirement.

For all other states or countries, you will be exempt from out-of-state / cash and carry exemption without providing any further documentation. You do not need to provide a resale certificate at this time.

Account Limitations

Each business entity is permitted to have only one active account with Bentley's Wholesale. However, you may register multiple companies under a single account, provided each company adheres to our terms and conditions.

Compliance with Terms

It's imperative that all users adhere to our terms and conditions when using the Bentley's Wholesale platform. By registering an account, you agree to abide by these terms, ensuring a mutually beneficial and secure business environment for all parties involved. Violation of the terms will result in suspension of the violating account.

Bentley's Wholesale operates on a business-to-business (B2B) model, catering exclusively to resellers. As such, you must be authorized by the business you are registering for to make purchases on their behalf.

Company Name:

You'll need to provide the name of your company or business entity. If you're not registered as a company, you can use your own name or the name you operate under.

Tax ID

For US-based businesses, you'll need to provide your United States Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN).

Sole proprietors can use their Social Security Number (SSN) if they don't have a TIN or EIN.

International buyers should enter "Out of Country" in the Tax ID field.

Warehouse Information (Optional)

If you have a warehouse, you can provide details such as the warehouse nickname, address, contact information, and operational hours. This information is optional and can be skipped if you don't have a warehouse.

Billing Address

You must provide a valid billing address for account verification and transaction purposes. This should include your street address, city, state, country, and postal code.

Contact Information

You'll need to provide accurate contact information, including your email address, phone number, and any other relevant details.



What to Do If You're Missing Information During Registration

If you've started the registration process on Bentley's Wholesale but realized that some required information is missing, don't worry. We're here to assist you in completing your registration smoothly. Please note that your registration progress will be saved as long as you're using the same browser with cookies enabled.

Missing Company Name

Solution: If you don't have a company name, you can enter your own name in the Company Name field.

Missing Tax ID

Solution for Sole Proprietors: If you're purchasing as a sole proprietor, you can enter your Social Security Number.

Solution for International Buyers: If you're purchasing from outside the US, you can enter "Out of Country" in the Tax ID field.

Solution for Others: Otherwise, please provide your Tax ID to ensure tax-free wholesale transactions.

Missing Warehouse Information

Solution: During registration, you can select the toggle indicating that you do not have a warehouse.

Missing Billing Address

Solution: Enter your primary address as the billing address. It's essential to have a valid billing address on file for account verification and transaction purposes.

Ordering Process on Bentley's Wholesale

Welcome to the ordering process guide on Bentley's Wholesale. This page will explain what happens at the order stage.

Requesting a Quote

The first step in placing an order with Bentley's Wholesale is to request a quote. After selecting your desired products, you will use our website's cart functionality to initiate a Quote Request.

Quote Creation Process:

Upon receiving your request, our team undertakes several validation checks to ensure the accuracy and validity of the data provided. This includes verifying product availability, pricing, and any other pertinent details from our suppliers. We strive to minimize discrepancies that could arise after the sale due to outdated or inaccurate information.

Reviewing the Quote:

Once the quote is prepared, you will receive an email notification with all the relevant details. Take your time to thoroughly review the quote. If you have any questions or require further clarification, you can respond directly to the quote email.

You can also create a shipping quote request at this stage. Note that this may lead to some delay as information may not be available prior to a sale.

Optional: Requesting a Shipping Quote:

At this stage, you may also opt to request a shipping quote if shipping details were not finalized during the initial quote request. Please note that obtaining shipping information may cause a slight delay in finalizing your purchase.

Placing Order - Checkout

When you are ready to proceed with the order, you will complete the checkout process on our website. This step confirms your commitment to the order on your end.

Invoice Generation

Upon confirmation of your order, our team will generate and send you an invoice. This document outlines the finalized details of your purchase, including pricing, quantities, and any additional notes.

How Bentley's Wholesale Handles Payments

We have a dedicated accounting team to handle all payment matters. All payments are sent to our bank account through the various accepted payment methods. We have limited ability to track your payment from our side. Hence, we have a payment information form so that we can retain some visibility and monitor payments that were sent to us.

Payment Clearing: Once a payment clears into our account, we notify the customer that it cleared via an automated notification, including the amount applied to your account. Simultaneously, our staff reviews your account and applies the payment to any outstanding balances.

Applying Payments: If you have a small balance from a previous invoice, any new funds sent to us will be applied to the old balance first and then to your newer invoice.

Accounting Hold: If an invoice has an open balance, our accounting team generally places an accounting hold on the order until the balance is cleared. Exceptions to this rule are decided on a case-by-case basis.

Notification of Full Payment: If your invoice is newly paid in full, we notify you along with several pieces of data to ensure you get the latest updates.

Open Balances: If you have an open balance, it will not be visible to you through our site. You will need to send an email from the account manager on file for your company to our staff to look it up manually.

How Bentley's Wholesale Handles Credits

There are times when invoices must be adjusted or canceled. Any cancellations or adjustments made to invoices may take 1-2 business days to be handled by our staff.

Automatic Credit Application: Funds for any canceled or adjusted transactions are automatically stored as a positive balance on your account. The funds are then applied to any open balance on your account within 1-2 business days of the adjustment being made.

Cancellation Notification: For canceled invoices, we will automatically email you a set of instructions detailing that the funds will be applied to new invoices or can be refunded.

Adjustment Notification: For adjusted invoices, you can review a live copy of your invoice by clicking the review or print button on the invoice email thread.

How Bentley's Wholesale Handles Refunds

You may request a refund of your account balance by filling out a short form. Refunds will be processed via ACH or Wire transfer and will not include any fees incurred.

Request Submission: Once we receive your refund request, our accounting team will reach out within 1-2 business days to confirm the available funds in your account along with the banking details you provide.

Confirmation Email:

  • You must reply to this email to proceed with the refund process.

  • This email is also an opportunity to ask any questions or request that the refund be voided and applied to a new invoice.

Processing the Refund: Once your details are confirmed, our team will process a refund via ACH or Wire transfer to the account you provided within 1-2 business days.

Missing Information: If there is any information missing or the payment bounces back to us, we will handle communication on the email thread pertaining to your refund only.

Note: Due to security measures, our team is not authorized to accept communication over the phone for refund inquiries. Requests must be submitted via our secure form. All communication must be made over email using the account manager's email address.

Terms of Use

Processor Fees: Be aware of any fees charged by third-party processors. Bentley's Wholesale does not cover these fees.
